Start Planning 4-6 Weeks Early
The best school events start with early planning. Here’s your timeline:
- 6 weeks out: Set your date, budget, and form your committee
- 4 weeks out: Book your inflatables and rentals (this is critical!)
- 3 weeks out: Recruit volunteers and assign stations
- 2 weeks out: Send home flyers and promote on social media
- 1 week out: Confirm all vendors and create your site map
- Day of: We arrive early for setup — you handle the fun!
Budgeting for Your School Event
Here’s what real Tampa schools typically spend:
- Small Field Day (100 students): $500-$900 — 2-3 inflatables + games
- Medium Carnival (200 students): $900-$1,200 — Our School Carnival Package ($899) is the sweet spot
